Project 1: Newspaper
This project and the knowledge of how it is created could be very useful to my future professional career as a librarian. Dealing with digital sciences, design, and having digital literacy are valuable skills that are easily marketable in that field after earning my master's degree. The original file type was in INDD which is optimally used for print purposes. A PDF would be slightly more versatile, and a JPEG was used to make this piece web-friendly.

Project 2: Letterhead
Along with the points made in the first paragraph regarding the skills learned through InDesign, the ability to create a letterhead is something desirable in most professional settings, as it is a personal and professional stylistic choice that can be used for personal or client use upon request. The original file format was AAD (Adobe Acrobat Document) and is best for web, when the new logo was created to simplify the overall appeal of it, it was in INDD format which is best for print format.
