Acrobat & Word Projects

Project 1: Form

This project required learning how to make interactive documents. This skill is incredibly valuable as nowadays forms are not created through Word to print. This would be marketable in my field because librarians deal with a plethora of forms and forums for the library and for patrons. The original form of this document was created in InDesign (INDD) which is optimal for print, but by transferring it to Adobe Acrobat (AAD) it is web-friendly and must be filled out through the web to interact with its features.

Tickets, Please.

Project 2: Catalog

Cait's Crazy Catalog

This project highlights similar marketable and valuable skills as highlighted in the previous project, but the skills to navigate through chapters or headings digitally is something that I feel would be helpful for a broader range of professions that use large amounts of documents. This was originally created in Word (good for both print and for web, but best for print I'd argue) and was transformed in Adobe Acrobat, which is best for web (and within web, you can use the navigation features).
